The missing link to individualistic solutions to social problems is the lack of responsibility......Not that our giveaway programs have solved them either. Now we have far too many people who have no idea what it would mean to be responsible for themselves. That was the thing about Katrina that made folks the maddest, it is so glaring that no one took responsibility for themselves. Look, Libertarians are terrific folks, good and decent people.
