I wanted to share a link to our web site for a new action Western feature motion picture nearing completion. This is an "indie" movie being made by folks who are just in love with Western movies and wanted to make one ourselves.
It is based upon a true story.
It is being shot in state-of-the-art high definition digital video.
This movie has been shot completely within the United States over this summer and fall, in Idaho, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and South Dakota.

Good for you! What an achievement! Will you try to get it to Sundance or Toronto or any of those other film festivals? It looks great! Do you have a distributor?

The trailer looks really professional.
I've really been looking forward to the spread of cheaper technology for making movies -- I think we're now on the verge of an explosion of creativity.

I agree. And I think it's going to hit Hollywierd like a swift kick to the groin. Can't wait.
With projectors and screen technologies also coming on line, there's going to be a huge market for family/friend settings where small groups can gather to watch.
If movies were priced right, a mail order situation could find small ventures making some pretty handsome incomes, bypassing anti-American conglomerates.
Gotta love that idea. Talk about dinosaur media...

but notice your film isn't on imdb.com yet (or I couldn't find it)...
Maybe you have to get it listed with them because it's an "indie"?
