I was going to shoot in NM three years ago with Wes Studi but the Commission's deal was not generous enough to offset the additional expense, for example, there are (at least at that time) no facilities for processing film in state. That meant that all dailies had to be fedex'd to LA and back before we could get a look. That's a non-issue if one shoots digital or HD though.

Cool,I didn't know you could do a movie in a video format.Guess you would have to do the transfer to film.If you have a ping list for this put me on.We just got a HD camera for broadcast TV and are getting setup for a little spritual song TV show for children.

Isn't this the fight where the Army had single shot rifles and one civilian had a henry which ruined the Indians tactic of getting the people to fire and then rush while they were reloading.
The person with the Henry rifle was able to keep the Indians at bay while the rest were reloading their single shot rifles.
It has been stated that he alone accounted for more than 230 Indians killed.

Great luck and I want a DVD based on your good trailer.
