Freeper exclusive: Weapons cache demolition causes many to be sick from exposure in Baghdad
private e-mails | 11/16/2006 | RaceBannon

I just received a private e-mail from someone I know from a Marine website who has family in Iraq. There has been a weapons cache explosion that caused many, hundreds of people to be exposed to some chemical that was present in the weapons.

It takes two chemicals mixed together to activate the agent. That is why the comment about the rounds needing to spin is about. The chemicals are designed to be stored until needed. Military stockpiles of weapons are designed to function when needed.

You know Jim, even if your e-mail account turns out to be true I have to ask - what does it matter? A "I told you so" to the Dems? This has been going on long enough - we are losing this war and have to find a way to win...

Sorry but I think an I-told-you-so is VERY MUCH in order. The Democrats called the President a liar and used this accusation to great effect to cripple the war effort by undermining public support for it. Anything that would reveal (truthfully and justly -- no dirty tricks) to the general wobbly swing voter the Democratic Party's terminal unseriousness on foreign policy/use of force is CRUCIAL to finding a way to win.

Dammit! If President Bush knew there were such things in Iraq, he should have told us!

More evidence that there were, and still are, WMD in Iraq.

That's right, mushroom clouds mean nothing. We used to get really nice one when EODT would blow munitions every afternoon. When the sun was setting sometimes the cloud would have nice red and rose hues to it!

I guess you put me in my place with that one.

My apologies to you. That came off pretty bad on my part given a second look.
Hell, someday I hope to have his credibility here.

Again, my apologies for that.

Come on. This is America. You can sue for any reason you want. The question as always is whether you will win.

But the Demorats trying to trash America have maintained there were NO WMDs in Iraq and NO CHEMICAL WEAPONS!!! My Gosh, were they lieing to us to help the terrorists? or worse to undermine Our Nation??????

Attitudes like that do not help the war effort. Bottom-line is that we have a war to win and playing the "there really were WMD" in Iraq game is distracting from that effort.

I agree with you.
The e-mail says they heard the information yesterday morning.
It doesn't take that long for word to get out.

Oh, Please, that is a comment that i could have very well added myself.

Did you?

And if so, why is it bolded, colored, and made to appear as original text?

If not, is it original text from 1st source?

Pardon me! but We have NOT been loosing the War, except in the MSM and with the democrats. You might want to think about all that has happened that is positive. Also, just for a second think about all the acts of terror prior to 9-11 here and how bin Laden in the 90s said We were a nation of cowards. The truth comes out over time.

True, but did we not here complaints that the old WMD shells found in Iraq, were, well, old, and not that much of a threat. At least that was the complaints from the left, and as always they are taken with a grain of salt. I thought their theory was that separate agents could degrade and not fully mix or not fully activate.

Dammit! If President Bush knew there were such things in Iraq, he should have told us!

I'll go you one better. If Saddam was a Nazi or other white supremacist, the Democrats would be looking to impeach Bush because he was 'dragging his feet' in the search for them and hadn't found them yet. (Or if he had found some, the charge would be that he hadn't found them ALL.)

"We know the weapons are there! They haven't searched every weapons cache, what's taking so long? Have we learned nothing from the Holocaust? Bush is just trying to protect his Nazi buddies so he can use these weapons in gas chambers on gays and free thinkers and anyone else he deems a subversive!"

The story goes that when the Japanese battleship Yamato was destroyed during its suicide run to Okinawa, the mushroom cloud that rose from the exploding ship was so large it could clearly be seen from the southern Japanese islands.

Four months later, the people in Southern Japan saw even larger mushroom clouds.

depends on how hot the explosion was, burning is the accepted method of disposing of these weapons

It is POSSIBLE that the explosion obliterated most of the agents and left just noxious materials behind
