This caricature is almost as bad as the one it criticizes. The truth is that Jesus came in fulfillment of what the Law and the Prophets foretold. He was expected, exactly as He was, by many. And He wept for those who thought He was a revolutionary.
What you say almost makes sense save for the fact that Jesus WAS a revolutionary then, and... Jesus IS a revolutionary today.
Jesus is NOT a salesman, priest or politician.
