You might be right but my son is now the kitchen manager at his frat....He never cooked too much @ home but now cooks Monday night dinner @ his frat for around 60 guys. I guess he is good, he claims he makes killer meat loaf. He spent 3 days planning lunch and dinner menus for the rest of the school year.

I will admit his other motivation for doing this he was getting paid to cook and as kitchen manager he gets free R&B.

He will thank his lucky stars the rest of his life!

My dad wound up the cook for a houseful of fellow students -- he said he did it 'cause he didn't have to clean up at all.

He is STILL a wonderful cook - at 82 he bakes home-made bread from scratch for Christmas presents (no bread machine for him!) and his Italian dinners are to die for.
