The American Transportation Security Administration has instructed airport security guards to be sensitive to more than 15,000 Muslims traveling to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj Muslim holiday.
Guards have taken a "sensitivity course" which taught them that Muslims believe Jihad, the Arabic term for a holy war, actually is an "internal struggle against sin." The also were taught that when noting suspicious Muslim passengers, they should be "aware that they may also be praying."
Sensitive to a known race of people that flew planes into the WTC, Pentagon and Pennsylvania? What kind of BS is this?
Has a strange property of appearing to be external.
And then they should agressively go about their business of security remembering it was Muslims that caused 9/11.
No idea, but it sure isn't going to do anything for the Airline industry!!

1. Muslims are not a race. Jews are not a race either. Buddhism is not a race. Christianity is not a race. Arab is not a race either, it is a language.
2. There are many variants of Islam. Some are Hanabi/Safalist/Jihadist/Wahabi nutballs. Most are not.
3. Before the recent round, the most common bombers were the Irish Catholics.
4. Any race, any person, from any locality, can be coerced by terrorists. Because of that, racial profiling creates weaknesses in our screening, in a way that behavioral profiling does not.
Or prepping a bomb.
I agree that they should be sensitive towards Muslims - they should be attuned to the fact that Muslims have flown passenger airliners into standing buildings, killing thousands of innocent people. They should be attuned to the fact that jihad and killing are the core of Islam and that if you cut jihad and killing out of Islam, you cut the soul out of Islam. They should be attuned to the fact that Islam is not a religion in any real sense of the word, but that it is a political system that seeks to impose its intolerant system of law upon the entire world and will not rest until it has done so. Then, and only then, are they equipped to protect us as we travel about the nation and the world.

Post some authority for this ridiculous slander, if you can, which I doubt.
Profiling by behavior rather than by race is much more effective.
So, if you see the behavior of someone praying toward Mecca - profile 'em.
Sensitive toward Muslims, but not toward the infidels.
