Good speech, poor delivery. When you give a speech where a good portion it sounds like you've never used a teleprompter before and have no energy, it hurts your message. Yes, President Bush knows what he is doing in Iraq, but like it or not, effective communication matters.

The delivery was amazingly poor. Bush exuded demoralization to my mind. Bush is just too slow to react to events, IMO. Has Lincoln once said about a Union general, he has a case of the slows.
