Is Savage going soft? Tonight he called for a pull back of US troops from Iraq

He said US should pull back to the sidelines and let Iran get "sucked in" to fighting the Sunnis in Iraq. I've been telling freepers that my sense is that the war is getting increasingly unpopular even with Republicans (that's what I'm hearing among my GOP friends in business and the community) - and now, tonight, Savage seems to be giving voice to that mood.

I'm not buying it. But I'm troubled when Savage is moving away from the President's mission.

So you're saying half the FReepers should be on meds as that is half of our war strategy.

Actually Savage is being more supportive of the war this month.......those that think Savage is a plant are wrong. He circles the wagon come election time.
