Today CNN announced that "The CNN Poll will become the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll" -

Press release - CNN and Opinion Research Announce Formal Polling Partnership

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Opinion Research Corporation, a leading provider of global market research and consulting services, today announced the establishment of a formal polling partnership with CNN, one of the world's most respected and trusted sources for news and information. The CNN Poll will become the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll.

"Opinion Research Corporation's reputation for independent, objective analysis and its excellent reputation in the industry make the firm the ideal polling partner for CNN," said Sam Feist, CNN's Political Director. "As the network gears up to offer the most in-depth and expansive coverage of the 2008 election, Opinion Research Corporation will be a key part of giving viewers the accurate and relevant information they demand to help them make decisions."

Opinion Research Corp. website - www.opinionresearch.com

Based on the history of the people who recently acquired Opinion Research Corp., we believe that the true purpose of the CNN/Opinion Research partnership is to rig the poll results to benefit Hillary Clinton in her 2008 presidential campaign.

Opinion Research was purchased last year by InfoUSA. InfoUSA is controlled by a hard-core Clintonista named Vinod Gupta.

Gupta is a major Clinton/DNC donor and fundraiser, and Lincoln Bedroom guest. He has recently spent large sums to establish these Clinton-worship centers in India -

The Bill Clinton Science and Technology Center

Gochar Intermediate College, Rampur Maniharan

The Center was founded to help Scientists, Engineers and Doctors better perform their duties in a professional manner and be a part of the process of technological advancement. The campus covers more than 10 acres and is home to Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Agricultural Labs and a Computer Science Center. It is Vinod's desire that some of those who study at the WJCST Center gain admission to medical and engineering colleges.

The Hillary Rodham Clinton Mass Communication Center

Having provided a basic curriculum at the Women's Polytechnic and Science Center, Vinod now has bigger plans to transform the lives of young men and women. This new center will include training in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Media Management, Television Presentation/Anchoring and Web Design.

Gupta manipulated InfoUSA's acquisition of Opinion Research to his personal benefit last year by purchasing shares in Opinion Research, then using his position as chairman of InfoUSA to orchestrate the acquisition of O.R.C. at a nearly 100% premium - thus driving up the value of his O.R.C. shares at the expense of his IUSA shareholders. This sleazy transaction was described last year in a New York Times article

Due to adverse publicity during an IUSA proxy battle last year, Gupta removed his personal web site (www.vingupta.com) which contained several photos of him getting cozy with the Clintons.

We have obtained several photos of Gupta getting hot and sweaty with the Clintons from his deleted web site -

Given the close personal and financial ties between the man who controls Opinion Research Corp. and the Clintons, we believe that the CNN/Opinion Research polling results are hopelessly tainted and intended to benefit Hillary Clinton's presidential bid. CNN either failed to perform due diligence on their partner, or they are complicit in this polling sham.

The Clinton News Network strikes again. Those low poll #'s for Hillary must be making the Clintonistas very nervous.

I think it was on everyone's mind, it was too easy.

I guess CNN themselves are admitting their own bias here. Not that anyone needed the confirmation.

I was "gunning" for Dems back in the 1960's.

The problem with ammunition against the Clintonistas is the difficulty of getting "mainstream" media - mostly leftist - to publish it.

The Internet and Talk Radio have changed all that - but I understand the "Rats" have a bill down there about the
"Fairness" doctrine which aims to undermine talk radio and possibly forums like this.

That's why we all love FR.

I wonder who will stand up for us against that bill.

Mall's Millennium Bash
Businessman Is One in a Million With Mega-Gift
Washington Post
November 19, 1999
Author: Susan Levine; Washington Post Staff Writer
Estimated printed pages: 2

Washington's millennium celebrations could use a few more folks like Vinod Gupta.
The Omaha businessman is the only donor to the New Year's festivities fund who has been identified by officials organizing the White House-promoted events on the Mall. His seven-figure contribution was announced very publicly--at a September news conference with Hillary Rodham Clinton. Since then, those federal officials and also the District officials putting together a separate city-sponsored party on Constitution Avenue NW have declined to name any other individuals who are helping to payfor the three days of celebration.

Which leaves Gupta, and his $1 million check, alone in the spotlight.

"I've been blessed with a lot of good fortune," he said, as if that alone might explain why he decided to help stage the White House show in such generous fashion. He'd called the first lady's chief fund-raiser, Terry McAuliffe, to ask how he could assist, and was told money would be nice. "I figured, a million dollars is a million dollars, but what the hell."

Gupta is no stranger to fund-raisers. He's given much and often to Democratic candidates and causes during the last eight years, including U.S. Sen. Bob Kerrey (Neb.), Bill Clinton, Al Gore, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Committee. In 1997, public-interest groups accused him of buying his way into the running for the consular general post in Bermuda. The job went to someone else.
