Nice writing, inspiring subject.
Would be nice to make the scene, but it's a bit of a project. I was able to make the March for Justice, but then was that I was on TDY near Washington at the time.
Soldier's Perspective vote, and Bump!

Pinging some old FRiends who have read our Walter Reed threads in the past. How ya been? Come back and see us! LOL! I've not been away. I've been following the weekly reports and lovin' 'em. I just don't post much these days.
Thank you all so much for being a bright spot in the lives of our wounded warriors. Support is one of the greatest gifts we can give them.

Inspired and excellent FReportage, Albion.
Thanks to all DC FReepers who keep the flags flying and the dirty commie pinkos on the cut and run.
You are great Americans, my friends.
Until we FReep again.
Dinah
P.S. Should I be rounding up an Aussie flag to send down???

Wow, thanks for the update. Love the "night school" - looks like a baby conservative was born at Walter Reed that night.
Here's a Way to Support Marines' Kids -- With a Click Done! As of now they're ahead by only 4 votes.
Oh, and for anyone else that is interested, there is another easy way to help our soldiers - I've been wanting to post it on FR, but I've not posted any articles or anything before and hate to face the wrath of the posting police if I do it wrong ;o)
If you use Google or Yahoo, please consider GOODSEARCH instead (www.goodsearch.com). You can designate a charity to receive once cent per search, and it uses the google search engines to do so. With a big group of Freepers using goodsearch, those pennies would really add up!
I have selected FREEDOM IS NOT FREE as my designated charity. They're the group that produced that calendar of hunky soldiers at Christmas time. Check it out and join me if you'd like - right now it looks like my family is the only one bumping up the totals for this charity.

If only the hopelessly retrograde anti-war dunderheads in Congress could hear what we hear on Friday nights at Walter Reed. The media/democrat poll winds tell them different. The fools. The twits. Our enemy.
Thanks to each and every one of you who support these warriors in person.

Whoever came up with the idea to rotate report writers gets an attaboy from me. Each one of you volunteer authors does a great job, and I thank you all for your great contribution to the cause.
