I don't think that the minimum wage should be raised for *anyone*, much less for American Samoa, but the Democrats need to be forced to argue (correctly, for once) that raising the minimum wage in American Samoa will cause jobs to move outside of the U.S., and then try to explain why they care about jobs in American Samoa but not jobs in the rest of the U.S.
Unfortunately, that accurate message is not being pushed enough, or it's just too subtle compared to the "Pelosi Bad" chorus..
