What ever happened to "Sticks and stones may break my bones but NAMES will never hurt me"? That's what I was taught growing up. Seems many of these FAGGOTS have forgotten this rule.

Right on!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what we need to do - its about danm time that we take on the libs. No more of the eletist Bush type attitude of not fighting for whats right - we have to fight the libs and win our rights back. These tactics work - as evidenced by the libs. We need to fight them in the courts, the schools, the govt, the media, the corporations, everywhere - if we are not up to this fight then we are not up to keeping our freedoms.

At a March 13, 2006 faculty assembly, a public meeting, Defendant Hamlin accused Mr. Savage of defending "hate literature" and stated to the faculty assembly that the overriding issue raised by Mr. Savage's conduct was that of "sexual harassment."

Savage's behavior as laid out in this article neither constitutes "harassment" or "sexual harassment". Now, if he was following the gay professors around and heckling them every day and also hinting that they would lose their jobs unless they have sex with him, that would be a different story. (that last was a bit of irony)

since when did being anti-homosexuality (pro-decentcy/virtue, morality) become "hate-speech"? It's not like this guy was against these professors, he merely recognized that in this world there "IS good vs. evil".

This just proves my point that Good CANNOT co-exist w/evil (America is a fractured society, and this is WHY).

Even if it were "hate speech", (which I dispute), Since when (WHY) did it become anyone's BUSINESS if IT WERE; so what did Anyone Repeal the 1st Amendment, or am I living in the Soviet-Union..

You have made me fearful and uneasy being a gay man on this campus. I am, in fact, notifying the OSU-M campus, and Ohio State University in general, that I no longer feel safe doing my job. I am being harassed."

This is a MAN saying this? A MAN???
Right now, I'm laughing my arse off...

Hannibal Hamlin was Lincoln's first VP. I think the other guy at Gettysburg was Edward Everett. Someone will correct me right quick if I'm wrong...

So I am not shocked, only deeply saddened – and THREATENED [sic] – that such mindless folks are on this great campus. ... You have made me fearful and uneasy being a gay man on this campus. I am, in fact, notifying the OSU-M campus, and Ohio State University in general, that I no longer feel safe doing my job. I am being harassed."

Mr. Savage suggested via e-mail to the Committee that perhaps the conventional wisdom of the university should be challenged and proposed four current conservative books: "The Marketing of Evil" by David Kupelian, "The Professors" by David Horowitz, "Eurabia: The Euro-Arab Axis" by Bat Ye’or, and "It Takes a Family" by Senator Rick Santorum.

Well -- no wonder the excrement hit the fan. The left wing fascists in academia make no allowance for contrary viewpoints from their own.

The quote he referred to was by the homosexual professor and his assessment is correct in my opinion. How can anybody "feel harrassed" or "feel threatened" by a book recommendation?

When the book in question offers up the truth and the truth is that the "harrassee's whole identity and lifestyle is evil and destructive to themselves and others. IMHO the saddest thing about homosexuals is that the only thing they think important about themselves is what they do to make themselves feel good.

Would it be ethical to list the e-mail addresses of these professors that we might respectfully let them know what we think?

Thanks for posting this.

It disheartens me to have to bash my Alma Mater, but exposing this sad episode in Ohio State University history could help prevent future such occurrences. I suspended my donations to the university pending the right outcome in the case.

One irony of the story is that after being "banned" on the Ohio State University-Mansfield campus last year by "gay" professors and their faculty supporters, "The Marketing of Evil" soared up the best-seller lists, remaining No. 1 on Amazon's "Current Events" list for a week. And OSU students reported that the book was sold out at all book stores in the area surrounding the university.

I would be surprised it that actually happened. A more likely scenario is the retail stores "pulled" the book and sent it back to the distributor so as to not offend either side.

If something is that HOT, retailers can always find away to get it on their shelves.

I hope I'm wrong about this.
