I don't see her being punished. I DO see her using JJ's money to get her degree, and I also expect she will find a ghost writer who'll write a book about the case, in which she'll be a Poor Downtrodden Victim of a Racist Legal system. IOW, she'll be well set for life, thanks to her lies.
I guess I don't feel much pity for her because there's a real possibility that this case's worst fallout is yet to be seen....
