I don't quite understand Chuck, but maybe thats a good thing. I also don't understand how Nebraska keeps him in office? Is there a strong muslim/liberal/hate America crowd in Nebraska? Hell, if he won the nomination I would vote for Hitlary before this puz. Only in America can a guy like this be a Senator.

Hagel is a mad man. Best thing he can do is voluntarily resign from the Senate and enter a facility for some sort of rehabilitation.

This is bad business. I'm far from being a GW supporter but a Pub Senator pushing impeachment for a Republican President, this isn't good !!!

Hagel is surely a surprise to Nebraskans, too. Or maybe Hagel actually is representing the the point of view of his constituents back home!

Wow. Who would've thought that 'MOVEON' politics could've won over Nebraska?...Did I miss a meeting?

Chuck Hagel and John Conyers. Nearly identical on the issues.

I agree. Chuck should be impeached. As should Jeffers. And Arlen "not proven" Specter.

Maybe Jim Webb made Hagel an offer he couldn't refuse.

I guess you could say that one benefit of having the dumbocrats running congress is that it's easier to flush out and identify the RINOs--since their "core beliefs" more parallel the lefties who run the show, the don't need to work as hard to conceal them.

Hagel said: "Any president who says, I don't care, or I will not respond to what the people of this country are saying about Iraq or anything else, or I don't care what the Congress does, I am going to proceed if a president really believes that, then there are what I was pointing out, there are ways to deal with that."

Sounds exactly like Congress ignoring the voters once the elections are over. I believe there are ways to deal with that also.

Apparently Hagel thinks that to threaten to veto a bill is tantamount to ignoring congress and grounds for impeachment. I wonder if there has been a single president that hasn't threatened to veto a bill at some point during their presidency. Guess Hagel thinks vetos are unconstitutional...That, or he's an idiot. My money is on the latter.

Nebraska is farm country. Hagel brings home the bacon, just like Charles Grassley, the new senator from ADM.

Hagel is also pro illegal and most people are against it, but this is not an issue with this village idiot.

I would think impeachment would have more of a chance when the POTUS refuses to enforse the Constitution.

Hagel is an idiot.

Excuse me, but the Senate doesn't have the power to impeach.
