Lay off his wife? Guiliani is the one that brought her up by saying she would attend cabinet meetings.

I know.

He posed with her on the cover of the New York post, with her sitting on his lap, while they smooched for the cameras.

It seemed like he wanted all this attention on her.

May I remind you this is a CBS article. Or is CBS now the sender of all correct information to you.

He was asked informally, and he said it offhanded as would probably any candidate if asked that in the manner he was. But I like Guiliani is fighting back against the media so early. It’s going to be a tough year.

It’s almost clintonesque. Go on with babwa wawa friday night in front of the whole nation with your wife. 3 days later, say “leave my wife out of this!!!”

WTH???

Lay off his wife?

Interesting choice of words ... not like she's never been laid before.

Maybe he shouldn’t have paraded her around while he was married.

I would normally say lay off spouses too. But Rudy *did* bring her into this. He should have kept his trap shut.

"Lay off his wife? Guiliani is the one that brought her up by saying she would attend cabinet meetings."

I love how here on FR, when I read an article and get ready to post a comment I see someone who has already posted exactly what I was going to post.

I was about to say; he has brought this on himself by telling us his wife is going to be involved with cabinet meetings. This to me means she will have influence on policy. Since this is the case, I think her views need to be scrutinized since she is going to have his ear, and apparently he agrees enough with her views to listen to her when it comes to decision making.

Giuliani threw his own cat into the fight and now he wants everyone else to suddenly quit clawing? Yeah - like that’s gonna happen...whatever fleas she has will eventually come out with some furr.
