Already got it figured out. Chelsea was born Feb 27, 1980; Spitzer will appoint some old crow democrat (BTW is this the only way a NYer gets to the Senate), then Chelsea runs in a special election as she approaches the minimum Senate age of 30.

This would make a lot of sense. Get Bill to go on one of his world ambassador tours, and take his d!ck with him, and let the women run the country.
Of course this is all a pipe dream, since the witch won't get to the driveway of the White House again, much less occupy it, if we get our act together on a candidate.
