I, for one, am really tired of the diatribes, the “humor” at others’ expense, the cruelty that passes for “funny”. Don Imus isn’t the only one doing this, but today he’s the one in the hot seat. What he said was vile and disgusting.

I'll refrain from calling Roker a hypocrite of the worst order when he calls for the burning of all the rap albums that use the word ho.

As for the word nappy, it is used with a positive connotation all the time. Just go over to amazon.com, set the search box for books, and put in the word nappy. Dozens if not hundreds of books with the word nappy in the title will appear. Happy to be Nappy; Dont Worry be Nappy; Short, Black and Nappy-Headed....

Methinks Mr. Al is on a power trip.
