Nifong Issues Apology to Ex-Lacrosse Players

Durham — The local prosecutor who charged three Duke lacrosse players with raping a stripper apologized Thursday, acknowledging the decision of state prosecutors to dismiss all charges against them was correct.
"To the extent that I made judgments that ultimately proved to be incorrect, I apologize to the three students that were wrongly accused," Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong said in a statement.

And believe it or not, this is exactly the out that Sharpton and Jackass have been looking for. Now instead of apologizing they will publicly lay blame for their remarks on Nifong for deliberately misleading them.They will not even do that. This scenerio has been played out before with Tawana Barwley. No apologies and no explanations and no consequenses.

Who can put pressure on the faculty?
This should be used as a GIANT expose of how left wing academia functions.
Students get punished all the time by leftist professors just because they don't like what they think. They don't need evidence. They lash out at will with impunity.
The behavior of these professors should be held against them......BIG time. I'm saying it's time to put the 'punity' into what they've done.
