It’s true. It was discussed on CourtTV and elsewhere that it bordered on an illegal photo lineup. Nifong should lose his license for a lot of things, including this.
He never even met with the accuser until months later, but somehow he felt perfectly comfortable condemning those young men without even talking to the stripper.
That’s true. When Mangum was brought in to view a photo lineup, all of the photos she viewed were taken from the forty-six white members of the Duke men’s lacrosse team. (The one black member was not included, since Mangum adamantly identified her attackers as white.)
