MSNBC now reporting that the murderer was a Chinese national in the U.S. for less than a year on a student visa. Murderer was also suspected in at least two bomb threats within the last two weeks. Police believe he was testing school security with the bomb threats.
“Serial Numbers obliterated on Guns” they can still get the #’s. It will just take longer.

I think it was a dozen pistol shots, and a shot from a shotgun or a carbine shooting back.
The guy filming the shooting went “WHOA” when he heard it.
The students who were barricading the classroom doors and lying the ground to help brace it as the killer was shooting through the door, were doing some pretty good thinking under the most stressful conditions imaginable.
I don't think we should be dissing the victims.
There’s a person of interest out there too. I hope they are tailing him since they didnt pursue the shooter this morning.
Do you think maybe we’re not being told he blew himself up and that’s why we can’t ID him?
if that is true than the dude proved security as VA tech was worthless and took advantage of it.
its a working theory - to help explain how a gunshot wound to the head can render a person “unrecognizeable”.
how do we know there was a boy/girlfriend fight at the first shooting.....why couldn’t boy C be the first shooter, diverts all the attention to that area of the campus and heads off to his shooting spree in the classrooms.....just thinking outloud...

This is in the top paragraph of some news reports in Japan as well. Where are they getting their information? That news was out several hours ago.
That's because he wasn't 'going around shooting', until that time, and by the time those students saw him, it was almost over. The first shooting had taken place two hours earlier, in one area, and the authorities had no idea that they guy was planning on returning to campus. They had already sent out e-mails and phone calls letting students know about the shooting earlier that morning, asking students to be cautious and alert authorities to any folks about whom they might have concerns.
“Chinese man who arrived in the United States last year on a student visa” not only got guns but also scraped off the serial #s. Of course, maybe they were already scraped off.

The question I keep pondering on...how did this (1?) guy manage to chain doors locked without ANYONE NOTICING??
