If this is connected to terrorists, you can expect other incidences to follow soon ... the terror aspect is so far an unthinkable, but the next if it occurs will explode the terror aspect on the American psyche. I would guess the follow on would happen within a week, somewhere in the mid-West or on the West coast. Frankly, I’m thinking along the lines of a planned suicide murder/terrorist connected action which is only starting. We will know soon enough.

All the terrorists were not in the cabin on Flt93. That was the part that I was disagreeing with. The only differences between Flt 93 and the rest were: Flt 93 only four terrorists aboard Flt 93 was delayed and so passengers knew what was happening before they died. Other passengers didn't realize what was happening until it was too late to stop it.
Just like Columbine.

Ironically in that case the perp tried x2 to get in the stadium but was stopped by security who wanted to search his backpack for alcohol. He refused then went to a bench outside and touched himself off. IIRC the site tested positive for TATP aka “ The Daughter of Satan” among the “72 Virgins Await You” crowd. FBI had to use a tractor trailer to empty his apartment of all his toys.
He did that early afternoon after finding out about the shootings. It’s to bring additional state resources to the investigation, and for identification of the victims. CNN’s very late in reporting this.

It’s harder to go through pkg at sports venues. That was a soft target and I still think he was jihading.
The most likely answer is funding. There is going to be a huge cost in this, and asking for federal funding and manpower makes economic sense.
