Virginia Tech spokesman Larry Hincker was happy to hear the bill was defeated. Im sure the university community is appreciative of the General Assemblys actions because this will help parents, students, faculty and visitors feel safe on our campus.*snort*
And you can bet that neither Hincker nor anyone else involved in pushing HB1572 feels there's a single drop of blood on their hands today.
