Warned before and took credit? Please provide a legitimate source for this claim. Note that a legitimate source does not include a rambling on some conspiracy theorist website.
The Islamic Change Movement warnings were covered by the New York Times on July 19, 1996. Newsday and CNN also covered it. Most of the State Department's Daily Breifing in 7/19/1996 dealt with fielding (and deflecting) question about the Islamic Change Movement's threat and subsequent claim of credit.
If you have any interest in finding the truth, I've given you more than enough to work with. But asking me to provide you with "links" that are going to somehow erase 11 years of blind faith is a little silly.
If you're really interested, you can start by reading Yossef Bodansky's "Bin Laden: The Man Who Declared War On America". And if you're just an agenda hiding behind a misleading screenname, you can skip the book and dismiss it all as "conspiracy theories".
It's your call. But, like I said, if you're still clinging to the Clinton line 11 years and how ever many stolen, shredded documents later, there's not a whole lot I can do for you.
