DNC Dean Says Giuliani's 'Personal Life Is A Serious Problem'
Drudge Report ^ | April 27, 2007

Democratic party chairman Howard Dean said on Thursday that Rudy Giuliani "personal life is a serious problem."

Dean sent the warning on CNN's SITUATION ROOM with host Wolf Blitzer.

Chariman Dean said the former New York City Mayor "has a lot of character issues that he has to answer for. And overwhelmingly, Americans are going to vote on honesty and integrity.... We've begun to reach out to evangelical Christians, and that's a real problem for him. His personal life is a serious problem for him."

BLITZER: Well, describe those character issues...

DEAN: No, I'm not going to get into that stuff. I don't like attacking people on their personal lives, but I can assure you that in the Republican primary, given what went on in the 2000 Republican primary in South Carolina between George Bush and John McCain, those attacks will be made in the Republican Party.

Dean is practicing the “politics of personal destruction”.

The spokesman for a party whose last President was BJ Clinton has no credibility on this issue whatsoever.

It is amusing that Screamin’ Dean is so worried about the Republican Primary. Clearly the man is trying to fan the flames of discontent within the Republican voting bloc. Thanks for playing, Dean, but we are perfectly capable of deciding this issue without your help.

All of us on the Republican side are united in thinking that you are a major-league Clymer and worthy of Cheney’s remark to Leaky Leahy in the Senate. You go worry about how much electoral appeal a Hillary - Obama ticket will have in Red States and we’ll be ready to kick your butt come November 2008.

Dean has serious issues when it comes to molesting children, but I am not going to get into that stuff. I don't like attacking people on their personal lives.

When you are in seat 32B, the plane is bouncing in all directions, and many of the passengers are air-sick, you better hope that the PILOT is about to make the best landing of his career. It matters NOT that he is sarcastic to his wife, mean to his kids, angry at his dog, or even that he has a mistress in seven of the cities he flies to. What YOU personally need is the BEST pilot in history. The same holds for the man/woman standing over you, about to put scalpel to your heart.
Franklin Roosevelt had a “girlfriend”
Jack Kennedy slept with whoever was handy.
Harry Truman was a failed business man product of a
corrupt political machine
Abe Lincoln battled depression and had a problem wife.
Yet, most people regard these men as among the greatest presidents. How would they survive a campaign in today’s climate? They probably wouldn’t.
The pilot, the surgeon, the President, even the guy who fixed the brakes on your car literally holds your life and existence in his hands. Now tell me, what is important to you?

Howard Dean is such a dumbass. He just telegraphed to America that he is not confident at all that any Democrat can beat Rudy Giuliani, and also that the DNC has an explicit strategy to suppress the evangelical vote in 2008.

“Democratic party chairman Howard Dean said on Thursday that Rudy Giuliani “personal life is a serious problem.”

Only to the extent that Bill Clintons’ was. Then again, Bill never dressed in drag that I know of.

While his personal life has been a mess, that is not why I oppose Rudy. It’s his lifelong promotion of certain aspects of liberalism.

But anyone who defends Clinton, Barney Fag, Fat Bastard Kennedy, etc, has no standing to even comment on Rudy’s personal life.

This from the man who would drop to his knees to give Clinton a lewinsky.

Yeah but give Dean and the Rats credit.

Democrats aren't going to give Rudy any favors. Notice that Rudy is being criticized by conservatives and not one Dem is lifting a finger to help Rudy. In fact, they're going to pile on and triangulate here, and Rudy will have no support whatsoever, not even from so-called moderates and independents, who are just going to vote for the Rat anyway.

Rudy's goose is cooked. He should drop out of the race and angle for a cabinet position.

If Rudy gets the nod, the dims won’t have to work very hard at that.
