Watching Rep. Dana Rohrabacher on C-Span right now. Man, he just ripped the pro-amnesty folks a new one. Said that Americans should darn well show some righteous indignation over this immigration deal that's being cooked up. Hope it runs again this evening.
I wish all the states that allow an elected official to be recalled would start that in motion for any Senator who votes for this. I am so sick of waiting for our elected officials to do something right. I want to do something.
I wish they could be brought up on criminal charges. Representing citizens of another country over citizens of this one seems pretty serious to me.

Did any of you hear Chambliss today on M. Medved’s show? He said that NOTHING goes forward UNTIL 300+ miles of the fence is built? Just wondering if anyone else has read or heard this angle.
Rohrabacher continues to be great on immigration.
The word ‘treason’ comes to mind.
Did Medved tell Chambliss he’s crazy for wanting to protect the border?
Medved has a defeatist on illegal immigration for years.
Last year it was over 700 miles. Next year it will be 150 miles. The year after that it will be zero. It really doesn't matter what is in this piece of trash legislation. Whatever the president doesn't enforce the Congress will change.
So far, 2 miles have been built. Chamblis and Iacas. are both in trouble now in Ga. for their support of the Kennedy ‘thing’. They just will not get it that the BASE wants enforcement FIRST before any kow towing to these illegals and their home nations. Close the borders. Put troops on it, barricade it. But, deal with that first. The 12 million can wait. As long as we staunch the bleeding now, deport some, and stop others , we will have time to deal with the other stuff, visas, sanctions later.

They passed the law last year to bukd 700 some mile of fence. Then only funded a little bit of it. I DO NOT trust ANY of them on this issue. They can all just KMA!

What’s the criminal charge? Also, how do you proscecute a failure to uphold your oath of office? Maybe there is a way, I just don’t know what it would be. Maybe it’s some kind of civil charge. A charge relating to some legal concept or principle which has not be used, probably, in centuries.
Whatever the charge turns out to be...however it is positioned, it had better be idiot-proofed against any judge that wants to tamper with it.

That is not accurate. According to Sessions, whom I believe, the only parts of the bill tied to “enforcement” triggers are the legal immigration provisions. The sections legalizing illegals and incorporating them into the welfare state will go into effect immediately and are NOT tied to the fence, or the additional BP agents or anything else that might actually slow down the flow of illegals. And there is no guarantee and little actual chance that the enforement measures in the bill will ever actually be funded.

I believe that acting as the agent of a foreign government, say, just for example, Mexico, is against the law, a criminal act, unless you have registered as such with the State Department.
I’m thinking we should get some sort of lemon law for politicians enacted.
I now know from watching that any terrorist or illegal can IMMEDIATLLY apply for the “Z” visa and ICE will make NO BACKGOUND CHECK and must issue the visa in 24 HOURS!!! There is NO FRICKIN TRIGGER.This is madness. Then these terrorists and illegals can get EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT, Social security, free medical care and COLLEGE TUITION!
WE need total commitment by patriots to STOP THIS TREASON!!
