I read this tonight on the "DC Indymedia" anarchists and radical leftists website. It appears that the peace rioters were a little bit put out by the big crowd of GOE, Rolling Thunder and Freepers at Walter Reed tonight (Friday 5/25)

The right wing goon squads are out in force this weekend, and made explicit threats to follow and get physical with antiwar protesters at the Walter Reed antiwar vigil, which they attempted to disrupt.
At the Code Pink rally, they parked cars with signs blocking the view of the Vets for Peace bus, and sending cigar-smoking counterprotesters directly into Code Pink's permitted site. Calls to the police,not suprisingly, brought little relief. While there, they made explicit threats against a number of protestors, one threatening to "kick my ass."
Rolling Thunder and the POW/MIA lobby were started up by Richard Nixon's people during the Vietnam War as an explicit counterweight to the draft resistance/draft amnesty movement of that time. Then as now, beating peace protesters was a favorite tactic.
Today, the Gathering of Eagles(GOE),is a similar organization whose paymasters have been traced to the White House and possibly to George Bush himself. They were responsible for beating elders and women with flagpoles at the March on the Pentagon, while showing cowardice in the face of all those SDS kids with their shields.
Now they are making threats to beat up peace people all weekend long, forgetting that they too are vulnerable.
You see, a lot of GOE supporters also do Rolling Thunder, and those H-D motorcycles cost as much as $20,000! That's a lot of bike to leave out in the street all night while you get drunk in a downtown bar.
It would be a real shame if the expensive custom paint on one of these bikes ended up with, say, Inca's tag keyed into the gas tank and a lot of nice chrome accessories as well as the spark plug wires missing at 3 AM. Riding while drunk and literally "getting smashed" would be an even bigger shame!

Not surprised. They tend to prefer taunts and threats from hiding, but anyone with a backbone they tend to avoid in the manner of a Toy Poodle yapping and trembling away from a larger dog. *snicker* Take it from Me, lol. Unless of course they can find a sympathetic LEO to hide behind whilst yelling jeers and accusations from behind them.
No wonder they think 911 was an inside job. These folks really should be kept locked up under supervision and medicated.

A couple years ago we had a band in that brought out a lot of bikers, not the problem types but the weekend warriors. I was working the front door and keeping one eye on the line parked out front. One of our older regulars came in and asked "what's that", I said "probably about half a million dollars". I knew that damage to any of them would likely start problems and I didn't feeling like "working" that night. >:)

What a load of hooey. I don't know about the Pentagon, but I was there for the peaceniks march on the capitol building and they were the ones doing the threatening, not us. We were outnumbered several thousand to 30 and they still shrieked and spat as though we were a threat to mankind. Freaks.
