YES! Definitely!
But with the caveat that the churches MUST be located in a nation other than the United States of America.
If any church wishes to provide sanctuary and services at their own expense, with ZERO public funding, extracted from taxpayers monies, while they are operating a church in say,...Canada. Or, ...Mexico, or,...anywhere OTHER than the USA, I say Kol Hakavod (all strength)and have a nice day.
