Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid called Marine Gen. Peter Pace, the outgoing chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, "incompetent" during an interview Tuesday with a group of liberal bloggers, a comment that was never reported.
Reid made similar disparaging remarks about Army Gen. David Petraeus, the top U.S. commander in Iraq, said several sources familiar with the interview.

This is a disgusting act, but if we make a big stink, using audio clips of Reid’s words, we just continue the insult to General Pace. It is a classic rock and hard place situation.
Reid is scum and ignorant and disloyal to his country. If he gets booted, like Trent Lott did, the Dems might get someone more effective at leading the Senate, which would not work in our favor either.
The saying “takes one to know one” leaps to mind.

When the leaders of our govt. are found to be the enemies of our nation then it is appropriate for patriots to intervene.

This reminds me on a discussion I had in theatre about how anti-war politicians don’t go over here because they know that there would be...accidents.
