Mike Nifong just resigned in tears as the DA of Durham NC during his bar trial.
But what of his law license?

I wonder how many tears those boys cried and/or their parent. This man played God with people’s lives.

I was watching and saw that.
I do not know why it is NEVER mentioned that he brought those charges two weeks BEFORE his election. And, he won with a plurality of black voters.

This just means that the Bar assn. is gonna take it easy on him. He was given a talking to in a back room and told if he resigned that they would jsut give him a slap on the wrist.

This nasty, vindictive little hitler should be locked up for playing politics with the law.
Scathing and very, very emotional. He described the moment when he and his father found out she had picked him as one of the attackers (his father fell on the floor) and then when he had to call and tell his mother that news. I had tears streaming down my face.
He's not a Republican. If he is vested, he will keep his pension.
