I agree. Make Mexico responsible for maintenance on their part of the fence.

So what's the problem?

Mexican cattle have TB so it’s necessary that we have at the very least a cattle fence to keep them out. It didn’t work though. Cattle in Curry county NM have recently been diagnosed with TB.
