Bill Clinton Criticizes Bush on Libby Move

Yeah, Slick is floored that Bush commuted Libby's sentence and didn't get one dime for doing such.

Still, the Clintons have not scheduled a news conference during their visit, where they might face tough questioning, nor have they permitted reporters to attend private events, some including as many as 300 people, where people ask Mrs. Clinton questions. All of their public events have been rallies where the two of them speak.

Everything is scripted and the pipples are not allowed to question their once and future rulers.

“Yeah, but I think the facts were different,” Mr. Clinton said.

These lazy "journalists" don't even know (or care) how to ask; 'What facts were different'?

Also notice that the NYT (and thus other liberal DBM) will only focus on Marc Rich...not Henry Cisneros (Clinton cabinet member) or any of the FLN terrorists, drug dealers, etc.

AP called Libby the 'highest ranking administration member' to be convicted of a felony since Reagan's admin (Iran Contra)...another lie, they intentionally overlooked Cisneros.

It`s a Scientology hoax treatment for firefighters and other rescue workers whose lungs and bodies were polluted/damaged by the 911 rescue. What it consists of is a “vitamin regiment”, ingesting oils, sitting in a sauna and exercise. This is the nonsense Lopez gave $630k taxpayer cash for and the firefighters union ultimately deemed the treatment as completely useless despite I`m sure the Scientology cults best efforts to get people to say otherwise.

Its strange hearing the Great Impeached talk about Libby. Libby's alleged crime pales with that of Clinton. Talk about pot calling kettle black. Bubba is NOT a role model for fidelty to the rule of law, much less than respect for the truth.

This is a prime example of a problem with Bush’s Presidency; he lets the likes of Schumer, Reid, Pelosi,Clinton et. al dump all over him without ever answering back. He doesn’t have to answer the charges personally but he could have a “pit bull” (like a Carville) do it for him. By not answering the charges he demoralizes his supporters.

You know, Bill Clinton could have walked away from impeachment with honor if he could just keep his mouth shut.

It goes back even further than that. Slick's biggest mistake was to challenge the Paula Jones suit. He could have hijacked the moral high road by claiming that it was beneath his dignity to even be involved in such a ludicrous lawsuit. If the Jones lawsuit had remained unchallenged, the absolute maximum in damages that Jones could have collected was $39,000 (three years salary at the time). There would have been no perjury, no suborning perjury from others, and no obstruction of justice. And most of all, there would have been no impeachment. This would have been followed by four years of an Algore presidency. There would be no Samuel Alito or John Roberts on the USSC.

All of this, only if Slick hadn't challenged the Jones suit.

Wow ... I’m really surprised that the impeached former president had the gall to make a statement like this.

It is amazing when someone can look you right in the face and tell you an outrageous lie. Congenital lying is a form of madness and if we put these people back in the White House we deserve whatever we get.
