Show me ONE example, please. They certainly have had an abundance of opportunities

I wish I had one but I don't. I can't think of even one.

Well doesn’t that sign just beg the question, God bless Hitler for what? Trying to eradicate the Jews? The holocost? I thought that didn’t happen? At least that what Imanutjob said. They must be blessing Hitler for keeping the trains running on time. Yeah, that must be it.

The shake-up is part of a fresh attempt to improve community relations and avoid offending Muslims, adopting a more “consensual” tone than existed under Tony Blair.

How much more consensual do they want to get? The muslims are taking over their country.

avoid offending Muslims

Yeah, evade truth and reality and only worry about their feelings and hope that they go away. Sure, that's got to work.

In an article for U.S. Naval Institute Proceedings and as a member of the 9/11 Commission John Lehman was willing to say that Wahhabi jihadism was the enemy. Only certain configurations for ruling structures for countries and expatriate communities have the vitality to coalesce around prominent roles for moderate constituencies and exclude Wahhabi extremists from control of or support from populations, infrastructures and industries. These moderate constituencies, which include the majority of Muslims, envision their religion supporting primary allegiances to family, tribe, culture and ethnicity, but surrender to terrorist domination when only submission provides even minimal security. Gordon Brown by refusing to accept the reality of a “Global War on Terror” prosecuted by Muslim heretics, reinforces the current power structures in which terrorists are honored or tolerated guests. The African/ Oriental/ Asian allies we seek, or adversaries we hope to influence, need assurance of unflinching action along a continuum of covert and overt political and military operations, including the language we choose, to empower moderates as leaders and not relegate them to victim status. There can be no compromise short of victory, because the heretic definition of success requires no physical or material remnant from the current world order.

I think I posted his article. Try searching by author, if you are interested.

Yes, their Prime Minister at the time, before Churchhill was Neville Chamberlin. He went over to TALK to Hitler, who told him the German intensions were nothing but pure...and then they, the German army invaded all of Europe, including France. Chamberlin went back to London and loudly proclaimed that his TALK with HITLER assured him that nothing was amiss. Sounds like the sons of the appeasers are still around!! Look it up...quite a story!

Exactly, if that long. The Brits appeasment problems started long ago when their then Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlin talked to Hitler, before WW2 broke out. Hitler’s invasion of Poland and other nearby parts started almost immediatly after that visit. Thank God for Churchill at that time.

I don’t think the reality of what is happening in the world today sits right with your thinking...”we have to be more sophisticated than that”. Come up with something that will work...and then think about how much of the world has been hit with terrorism due to a spread of this religion and its rule.

These PC-socialist politicians are only going to do something substantive when some of their own are blown to kingdom come, i.e., Houses of Parliament and/or the Capitol buildings. Sadly, maybe not even then.

Yeah... they are a bit touchy when you do that!

... and ... do what? Declare war on a religion? Nope. So we are left with somehow having to separate the terrorists from the sheep. And you don't do that by caving in to PC pressures and pretending there are no Islamic terrorists. You do it through clear and strong communications. We just don't have the Reagans around that could do that. Bush started off good in this area but was limited by his poor communications skills .
