Apparently, lead poisoning must be on the increase then.
The way this study is applied here could be disproved rather simply by correlating the current crime rates in high crime cities and those with recent sustained increases with lead paint exposure.

Plausible marker, really.
As only unattended kids chew on lead paint, and unattended kids are more likely to grow up to be thugs than kids of parents who care about their kids and their stuff.
But lead causing the behavior? Doubt it.
That was my thought. Likely from those in all the new CCW and Castle Doctrine states?
