It’s a ‘’bad thing’’ because the Regress, when they see that their newest welfare programme hasn’t enough funds, will unquestionably whip up another tax or a series of tax increases on all Americans.

And this is a bad thing? For Social Security at least yeah... most smokers never lived long enough to be a bad burden on society in later years. Smokers were the best thing to have around. They paid but never drew out the max funds.
