O'Reilly's entire report was a deliberate act of malignant dishonesty. It is a defamatory and nasty hatchet job.

I am not an Attorney, but the report was dishonest, damaging and defamatory. Free Republic is Jim Robinson's business. If I was him I would be talking to a lawyer.

If O'Reilly with all his media power can lead people to believe that Free Republic is a "Hate Site" based on dishonestly presented data and No Data on the "I hate Blacks" allegation, It will hurt FR in its market. O'Reilly has a substantial Conservative audience and can hurt FR like KOS or DU never could.
