A mine collapse in Emery County may have trapped six miners inside the Genwal Mine near Huntington Caynon. The Emery County Sheriff's Office says the six miners are unaccounted for and emergency workers are currently trying to free the miners.
County officials say they do not know what caused the cave in at the mine.
Ouch! Nailed Fox news too. AND the union people who did interviews (I heard them this morning and don’t blame him) This guy needs to run for President.
Wonder what Fox news channel said....Murdoch wont be pleased...
I don’t think a coal company needs advertising because they do not sell to the general public,
Betcha Fox doesn’t cover the next update with him LOL
Ha Ha, he’s blasting the drive by media, good!
That’s gold Jerry, GOLD!
Not rambling, but pissed at the false info being reported by the AP, Fox News and every other MSM outfit reporting on this!
Like Dennis O'Dell? For some reason he springs to mind.
Just askin'.
He’s doing a lot of CYA.
Now we see the EMPIRE STRIKE BACK.
Man that guy is mad, mad, mad.
Reasonably so I think. We shall see how long FOX stays with this.
You ain’t kidding.....he’s trying to shove this whole thing off as a natural disaster.
Ha Ha, he has released his entire ramblethon as a prepared written statement.
If it was an earthquake, it’s just an accident. If this is the fisrt fatality in the 20 years he has been running the mine, that is quite commendable, especially if it is related to an earthquake.
CNN is loving the fact that FNC got called down. They are gloating in Atlanta. FNC needs to come back and either set the record straight or appologize ASAP.
“The owner is calling out AP and FoxNews for erroneous reporting and using consultants who have no knowledge of what is actually going on in Utah.”

Evidently, the reporting that went on here at the Sago mine in Jan. 06 is fresh in his memory.
did he say what was mis-reported? I missed that. What lies? About retreat mining?
Fox has focused on the safety violations, so I looked them (safety violations) on the web. Most are nit picky things like too much coal dust, or trash cans not being emptied at the end of the shift. Some are serious like unauthorized people operating equipment, or unauthorized electrical motors.
With no fire in the mine, IMHO, i feel that the safety violations were not the cause, but again, it is my opinion (I am not in the mining industry).
All of the seismic stations in Utah reported the earthquake, which is a large earthquake, not a local event.
....Bob
UH OH...he just went again on the union.
