Cruzio Pingio.
Yes it does and hopefully a good one.
We can do the same thing the left does...use the court system to correct and injustice...this college better lose federal funds....
I wonder where the protestors got the freedom to protest? Oh yeah, the military!!
Nothing more to be said, cut their funding !!!
They’ll lose this case. Law schools across the country tried to battle this and lost. The protestors were particularly vile at NYU and Columbia, where they barracaded military recruiters off and prevented their classmates from pursuing job opportunities with the JAGs.
Frankly, if this is all it takes, I’m all for it.
*correction: If this is WHAT it takes, I’m all for it.
An 80 million dollar hate crime! PC with a price ha Ha HA!
This is the same group that, when threatened by CAIR, told 'em to go to hell. Bravo, YAF!! Ya'll keep on kickin' ass--people are starting to notice.
Very good point! Why let them suck at the government teat, and then kick us in the private parts? Hit them in the wallet! Kind of hard to fight with no gas in the tank!
The kids are alright.
UC Santa Cruz chancellor dies in suicide plunge
Cecilia M. Vega, Jaxon VanDerbeken, Chronicle Staff Writer
Santa Cruz Chancellor Denice Denton, apparently despondent over work and personal issues, died Saturday after she jumped from the roof of a 42-story San Francisco apartment building, police said. Denton’s partner, Gretchen Kalonji, has an apartment in the building, property records show.
Denton, a well-regarded engineer, had been named this spring in a series of articles examining UC management compensation. She had been criticized for an expensive university-funded renovation on her campus home, and for obtaining a UC administrative job for Kalonji.
Denton, 46, died Saturday morning after jumping from the Paramount at Mission and Third streets, police said. The building is advertised as San Francisco’s tallest luxury rental apartment building. A guest at the nearby Argent Hotel called authorities at 8:17 a.m. to report a body on the roof of a parking structure below the apartment building, police said. The medical examiner ruled her death a suicide.

But do those students have standing? Wouldn’t the recruiters in question or the federal government have to file such a claim?
More power to them, but I’m not sure this will fly. Now this may bring the issue to light which in itself could cause the government to take action forcing the university’s hand.
Either way, the recruiters should be treated with respect.
Well, I’ve always wondered why the Dept of Defence allowed its recruiters to be harassed and expelled by schools without punishing them for violating the law. It boggles the mind they revile the military and thwart its recruiting efforts with one hand while feeling entitled to federal funding, WHICH IS CONTINGENT upon allowing military recruiters access to students.
More proof the world’s gone insane ...
You just put a big smile on my face with this story. Thanks for posting it.
I am not sure if they would have standing, but they were denied access to the recruiters information at the job fair.
