A Mini-storage company is buying billboard space to promote abortion, using hangers. Let's let them hear from the prolife comuntity. Let's excercise our free speech rights and let them know that we object to this disgusting display. Call (212)786-7243, spell 212-storage, and let them know. Oh, and by the way, lets not vote for people like Giuliani. Vote Prolife. Vot for lifelong prolifers, like Huckabee or Ron Paul.
Objecting to people like this is pointless. New York is beyond hope. Screw ‘em.

What is abortion using hangars... Why would anyone use a hangar in todays Liberal society a woman can kill their children up until the day of its birth... Heck even some of them get away with murdering their babies after they are born...

I think this is a way of saying that prohibiting aborion will lead to women using coathangers.
I sat and asked myself why on earth a business would do such a thing? And I hope yon readers know that the coat hanger is not an accident? Back before Roe vs. Wade many woman tried to abort their babies with a coat hanger. Many women died from this and many got so infected they were sterilized for life. It wasn't a pretty time and it was why I, and so many women, welcomed the change in law that let us control our bodies.
At least that's how we saw it then. Just know that this was also an era when all a young man had to do was get a few of his buddies to testify in front of a judge that they ALL had sex with the pregnant lady now demanding child support. The prevailing judgement, in that instance, is that the young lady received NO child support for the inability to identify the father.
Oh yes it did, it went down that way. And I'm not that old.
Just so you have a feeling for the era when abortion became law. Stuff never happens in a vacuum.
But through the years I've watched what I once saw as the beginning of a free era for women morph into outright ifanticide. Birth control options became more available and easy to take. Birth control was once upon a time an awkward, often fallible thing. Now they have a patch...once month!
Anyway....the coat hanger to me represents all that. It sends a chill up my spine.
And why would a company, a company that wants to make money, do such a thing?
Well at the very least you can believe that I will never use their product. This is like real, real easy to handle as I see it.
If enough people don't use their product...in this case storage, they'll go out of business! Duh.
I'm betting even those eagerly in favor of "choice" will be offended by that gem.

I phoned the number and told them I would never use them as long as that ad is up.

We aroused enough sympathy to sell our program of permissive abortion by fabricating the number of illegal abortions done annually in the U.S. The actual figure was approaching 100,000, but the figure we gave to the media repeatedly was 1 million.
"Repeating the big lie often enough convinces the public. The number of women dying from illegal abortions was around 200-250 annually. The figure we constantly fed to the media was 10,000. These false figures took root in the consciousness of Americans, convincing many that we needed to crack the abortion law.
If Roe V Wade is struck down, it goes back to individual states.

They won't prosecute someone for something that was legal at the time. And the emotional devastation of an abortion is punishment enough.
I have an idea for a Manhattan Ministorage ad: “We have so much space, you could stick the dead babies in us” - edgy - or how about “We are so big, you could cram Rosie O’Donnell into us”. I don’t think they will run my suggestions.

No. They won't. They'll continue to uphold legal murder of the helpless. It makes me sick. I have grandbabies and another due in Oct. It's amazing that they, without a qualm, murder anything so sweet and helpless.
It is interesting that they go wild when they see the photos of the aborted babies. They want to pretend that they just disappear to “Never Land” not to be looked at or thought about again. The truth must hurt them.

But hey....ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND a year is still a lot. Not that these women didn’t do this to themselves but with a few sight and sound bytes and the help of a very limited and powerful media such things helped propel cultural decisions.
In my world, a cherished Aunt died from such a homegrown attempt abortion. When something like this happens so close to home it seems like a much bigger deal than it really is in the greater scheme of things.

Frequently DOCTORS performed illegal abortions. And if they maimed the woman, they were prosecuted. Now NARAL hires lawyers to defend them. Look at the refusal to denounce George Tiller by the Planned Parenthood/NARAL crowd. When you come right down to it, they do not care about women. If you know anybody from Planned Parenthood, ask them what they think of Tiller - they will dodge.
You can include as lifelong prolifer and has authored or sponsored several prolife bills, Duncan Hunter.
Huckabee is open border and amnesty and Ron Paul is anti war. Might as well vote democrat with them.
That would be the number of illegal abortions.. There were only 200 to 250 deaths from illegal abortions. Sorry about your Aunt, truly, but there are worse things than giving birth such as death and killing a baby. And the abortionists lied about it and still do.
