In case you're wondering, that is the OFFICIAL graphic for Hurricane Dean.

I am of two minds on this one.
On the one hand, the comments by Marty Feldman are highly stupid.
On the other hand, it's somewhat encouraging that anyone with ties to CNN even ackowledges God's Existence.
File this under "Two steps backwards, one step forward" I guess.

If the hurricane was following a path aimed towards the White House, this writer might have a point.
But I doubt God is inflicting his wrath on the good people of Texas.

I’m pretty sure the good Lord doesn’t work quite that way.
But if He did, I’m pretty sure we’d recognize it; the Cat 5 hurricanes would be lining up and moving in one after the other on Hollywood, like planes landing at DFW airport...

“Former CNN Correspondent Suggests that Hurricane Dean is God’s Wrath for President Bush.”
I am surprised to read that a CNN correspondent believes in God.

While forecasters try to explain why mother nature seems bent on unleashing her fury on the Long Star state, the bigger question to ponder isis this weather so foul ,Gods retribution for giving onto the world George W??
Gladnick's BDS rant is worse than most realize. First of all Bush was born in Connecticut. Regardless of that fact Mike Seidel of the Weather Channel stated a short time ago it looks less likely the hurricane will strike Texas. So much for retribution.

Sheeze!
Every time God ever sent a punishment He first sent a Prophet to give very specific warnings. Sometimes He would send several Prophets with warnings.
Oh, and the targets do NOT escape His wrath unless they repent.

Gladnick's BDS rant is worse than most realize. The rant was by Feldman. That Gladnick guy, whoever he is, is the one who posted the story on NewsBusters.

I agree, I thought liberals in general did not believe in divine retribution.
