This is what happens to folks when they are dropped on their heads repeatedly as young children. Some of them even turn out to be democrapic senators (like “leaky” and “sheets”) and others like to bray at the moon and file complaints with the FEC. Hopefully a cure will be found for these moronic folks soon and they can all go home and sit under the porch with the rest of the flea-bitten vermin found there.

Fred will be either in or out by the time the FEC gets around to exploring this assertion. Not much to be concerned with here but it may make for a day or two of news.

All jokes aside, is this statement true?
“The law prohibits anyone who is “testing the waters” from hoarding the money for use during his actual campaign.”
If so, what happens to the money leftover.
Why would they be trying to raise upwards of 5 million, if this is so?
Is it all subjective, and, based on the definition of “hoarding”?

Why is this news to Yahoo? Do they just print liberal DNC press releases at the beck and call of any leftist?
To: papasmurf
Yes, it is true that you cannot just “test the waters” raising money. This story also ran on the news channels this weekend (without the complaint part). It may be getting legs now....

Somebody else just posted this, but I think you are first.
First he doesn’t raise enough, then it is too much. Need to get the charge straight.

“How much money did Hillarys exploratory committee raise and spend? Just curious.”
Irrelevant, the Clintoons get to make up their own rules.

Actually, I am curious. I googled it but couldn’t find a site that reported it. Someone here will have the info I’m sure.
