"I do not understand why there has been no talk of Vicks Virginia property being forfeited. He purchased the property for the purpose of operating and maintaining an illegal dog fighting operation. People who try to pick up a prostitute get their cars confiscated, why not Vicks property?"

Reading from the link - it states that if the defendants are convicted they will have to forfeit any assets - property or proceeds obtained from the charges.

Actually, he sold it before it could be confiscated.
