She has every right to speak about her faith in a commencement address. She’s not the state. The constitution prohibits the state sponsored school from silencing students’ religious speech.

The Constitutional issue will be whether she had a free speech right to say this in light of the right of school authorities to curtail free speech rights to keep order and discipline in the schools. Same issue the Court had last term with that nut who displayed the nonsensical but apparently pro-drug banner across from his school. The school won that one.

She'd have a much stronger case if she'd stopped at crediting Christ with her success and not going on to proselytize.
