From looking at it, I don’t think she intended it to look like a bomb. It was more of a “geek” thing. Probably not the brightest thing to do, though.

And the play dough she carried around was just for making into little clay baskets - yeah, right!......”Geeks” especially “Geeks” at MIT would know immediately the implication of a battery, wires, circuit board and what could easily be mistaken for ‘plastique’ explosives - she obviously was looking to provoke a reaction, and she did. Her lawyer is spinning BS.

It was more of a “geek” thing.

According to earlier news reports, she also included Playdoh behind the circuit board. Looked a bit like C4.
