Why are they launching an inquiry? I thought the only thing you can get arrested for in England these days is defending yourself against a criminal.
Perhaps the police are interested in what happened as purely an academic exercise.
My guess is that the 4yo boy was probably sexually assaulting a couple of devout Muslims

It’s the typical lib thing. They want to know what society did wrong that caused this tragedy. Obviously, it’s not guns, so that rules out the number one social injustice from the check list.
