if it's true, there's no reason not to say it
You go around telling people, "You have B.O.", "You're a fat slob", "I can tell that's a toupee", etc?
You must get beaten up a lot....
The issue of B.O., obesity, or the presence of a toupee has nothing to do with where one spends eternity.
And Christians HAVE been 'beaten up a lot' for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, beaten up, tortured, and killed.
And they keep right on, refusing to stop.
There is a reason for that, and that reason is the Reality of Christ.

I think people are afraid to say what they really think. They're afraid of offending people with a forthright opinion. Ann has said outrageous things. This might be the one that gets her career finished? We'll see.

My husband took a class in the Old Testament recently and told me that the ‘rules changed.’ All the who-begat-who was a lineage that went straight up. Having been raised with the New Testament, this was a shocker.
And of course, as sinners do, they messed up. Lambs et al were sacrificed, etc. and chances were given. And given again.
Regardless of her intentions, the timing is surely crucial to her new book release. Shame on her for that, at least.

Ann needs to lay off the meth, the crank...the eightballs. The girl’s gotta screw loose.

“I don’t agree with her its necessary for any one to convert to Christianity - or Islam to believe in God. All one has to do is believe in God and follow His teachings. The real problem isn’t that Jews haven’t converted. The real problem is the decline of faith in God in the West”
Being Christian means you believe in Christ as the savior and Son of God. You can be religious and believe in God.
To: Nachum
Don’t you understand sarcasm? That is what the Muslim religion has been saying about Christians for ever. She just turned around to show you how stupid it sounds.

BTW, it's worth pointing out to Ann that New York City during the Republican National Convention. In fact, that's what I think heaven is going to look like. is 15% or so Jewish.

People are distorting her words, and putting others in her mouth.

And yes, you are correct that other Jews sometimes do not recognize the converts Jewishness. But that is the other Jews' problem, not the converts' problem. Then how is it that you maintain your addition to Ann's comment would have mitigated the provocation? She certainly didn't get objections from the Jews who are also Christian.

Ann Coulter is just saying what she thinks Christians are. Jews would do well to follow their own faith and take it seriously. Its a good point. If you're not going to believe in God, you'll believe in anything. As liberals are wont to do.

No, unfortunately, the persecution of Jews will never go out of style — which is why the God of Jerusalem “neither sleeps, nor doth he slumber.” And neither should those of us who love the Jewish State.
Now, as to Ann’s position, as she stated it — and not as Fox misquoted it — it is entirely in keeping with Christian orthodoxy. On the other hand, if I were Jewish, I would likely be offended. Though I would still love Ann.

If what she said (if she actually said it) upsets anyone, their argument is with God, not Ann.
Pity so many people put political correctness above the Truth — at the risk of others’ mortal souls.

It's the ongoing attempt in recent decades to elect legislators and appoint judges who would write such beliefs into law that is worrisome to non-ChristiansI don't understand why you say "in recent decades". And what do refer to with "such beliefs"?
My impression is that from before Jefferson's code for Virginia Christian ideas about society have successfully been enacted into law and have influenced may judges. Good or bad, it's been going on since the beginning of our country.
I think the fuss is trumped up. She didn't say anything (in Fox's online account) about forced conversions or anything of the kind. She said it would be better if everyone were Christian. What's the problem?

The “left” in this country is completely disdainful of religion. What Ann Coulter did was not RACIAL or ETHNIC, but she made a religious comment.
What the dems are doing is mischaracterizing her Religious comment as a racial slur.

Yeah, this is just a hit by Hillary’s people. They’re trying to take down her critics one by one. And they can use the Bible because it’s Kryptonite to the liberals.

See post 96 for excerpts. Unfortunately most sources seems to be using the
transcript at media matters, so you'll have to visit them for what came before.
Good publicity for bombthrower Ann, something I suspect Republican candidates will have to be distancing themselves from, or not.

The real problem is the decline of faith in God in the West. The real problem is the decline of practicing faith in God in the West. Many profess to be Christian without actually being so. Same with Jews and Muslims. They profess to be what their parents were, but that's as far as it goes, just words. FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD..............
