NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE

"I speak for at least half the people here, including the Founder Jim Robinson, who has stated he will not vote for Giuliani under any circumstance."

Agree.

NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN LIFE

Don't Cut and Run, vote pro-life every time. It's the way you always win.

‘We cannot diminish the value of one category of human life — the unborn — without diminishing the value of all human life.’ —Ronald Reagan

Aha. So that's what we're getting down to. Rudy is worse than Hillary. You, I am afraid, have gone over the edge.

Not at all. I recognize the trainwreck that Rudi is: a genuine endorsed and funded NARAL Champion Of Choice™. You can't say that about even Hitlery. Even she hasn't been that radical.

And I still don't believe the Brady Bill and the AWB could have passed without Rudy's help. The Xlintons themselves gave him public credit as the key supporter of their gungrabbing efforts. And Rudi went on to try to abuse the courts and harass gun manufacturers, leading our GOP Congress to pass bills to protect gun manufacturers. Protect them from whom? From Rudi and his protege, Bloomberg. And Rudi is a well-known hater of the Religious Right and can scarcely conceal his contempt for us.

Let's look at GOA's summary:

In 1993, before even being sworn in as mayor, Giuliani met with then-President Clinton at the White House to discuss national gun registration. Giuliani supported the Brady bill, which had recently passed, but argued that it didn't go far enough.

The President, largely crediting Giuliani for the idea, enthusiastically sent Attorney General Janet Reno off to develop a gun licensing and registration system.

The Clinton-Giuliani scheme was slowed only by the Republican Revolution of 1994.

Rudy Giuliani -- GOA 2008 Presidential Candidates and the Second Amendment
GOA's summary is absolutely devastating. You cannot be a friend of the Second and still support him. It's simply not possible if you have any honesty at all.

You can have him. Or Hitlery. Doesn't matter. But the menace he poses to the pro-life cause and his status as a genuine enemy of the Second cannot be erased by waving a Fear Of Hitlery banner under our noses.

Based on their past records in public life, Hitlery is a menace to health care. But Rudi will destroy the pro-life movement and the Second Amendment.

Be careful what you cuddle up with. I don't plan on supporting either one because Hitlery and Rudi are the exact same candidate. Except Rudi may be the more dangerous of the two, judging by their actual performance in office.

“the answer is to defeat the RINO in the primary. Not talk up how you’d be willing to vote for any Republican if it comes to it. that kind of talk just encourages the GOP to believe they can nominate Rudy and experience no fall back. rudy’s numbers in the past week have been falling precisely because people have drawn a line in the sand saying they would NEVER vote for him, and that’s causing the people who think he’s so damn electable to reconsider their support of him in the primary.”

Finally some truth comes out. You’re not really having a frank conversation with your peers about a difficult scenario in a general election as much as you are selling the concept out of fear that many of the rest of us just aren’t smart enough. Sounds like the Democrat position that the general population simply isn’t smart enough. I would expect a bit more faith or credit for our intelligence. It may be a difficult scenario in the general election (this is way too early to say but it could be) and I find it shocking how many people here say they would rather see Hillary than vote for a RINO. Amazing. Hopefully this is all moot and the primaries will yield a solid candidate.

Although the Republican party has strayed far from conservative principals, it is still to be preferred to the Democrat party

How much longer will it be proffered if the Republican party keeps giving up on core principals?

The importance of leaders standing up for the unborn is exemplified by the reaction to this thread posted by J.R.

Without our Military, we will be destroyed by the enemy outside our borders. Without our morals and respect for the unborn, we will destroy our children and destroy ourselves from within.

What love can an adult provide a newborn that it cannot provide the unborn?

as president he would try to get the American taxpayers for them.

Show me where he said this? Or has suggested he would try and make abortions federal paid for again. I don't buy this whatsoever.

Copy this link and past it into your browser and watch him say it with his own mouth.

"Well said. Primaries are the place to settle this. Any Republican is better than Hillery. Shame on those who can’t figure that out."

Shame on anyone who decides to vote against their conscience and supports an Abortionist, pro-gay rights, and anti 2nd amendment candidate like Rudy!

Shame on anyone who votes for the man who if he became President, would destroy the Republican Party!

We survived 8 years of Slick, didn't we? This without the blogs, Internet, FR, etc.

We had a Republican Congress and Muslims who weren't blatantly on the warpath during those 8 years. And what has happened with all these blogs, the internet and your beloved FR? We had a Democrat takeover and a country that has turned FURTHER to the left. The internet doesn't just veer to the right, in case you haven't noticed..

Which means you’re an abortionist and proud of it. No wonder you support an abortionist for president. Giulani used to start out his speeches with “I am a pro-choice Republican.” Wonder why he doesn’t do that anymore?

God help us if Fred is nominated...he is incompetant to run for President...it’s amazing that you don’t see that. No way Romney could win a general election. Have fun watching Hillary Clinton give the State of the Union Address with Bill and Chelsea sitting in the balcony.

***Tootyfruityrudy actually has the potential to destroy the Republican Party even if he is just nominated, let alone if he became president.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity (all of the offspring of a given progenitor), do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

I'd rather raise grandkids than put a contract out on 'em. I guess that's just one difference between me and Rudy--one of many.

There can be no rights without life itself.

What? 1st WTC bombing. Two embassy bombings. Khobar Towers bombing. Kosovar Muslims in Serbia. USS Cole bombing. CIA employee shot down right outside Quantico, VA headquarters. Murrah building in OKC.
