Real gay men (those who are "out") are always altruistic and only interested in working with youth as a community service. I know this because I have followed the subject closely in the New York Times.

Read the article. The boy learned of this guy online, went to a parking lot to meet him, and performed a sex act on him (the boy on the man, not vice versa). No mention of any force, nor did the boy report the encounter, since police only learned of it after they’d arrested the man for trying to set up a sex meeting with what he thought was a 12 year old boy. Fact is, there are lots of 14 year old boys who do this for money and thrills on a regular basis. Every indication in this article is that this boy fell into that category.

When I was much younger in the early 70’s I had faggot friends, they always figured they could convert me and I thought I could convert them. One of them was a big brother. We traveled the country and they would stay at the YMCA because that’s were all the faggots stayed. I slept in the car. My wife’s uncle was a Boy Scout executive. They constantly had to deal with the problem. But the broader problem is societal. Elite opinion, by and large, refuses to acknowledge that homosexuality is perverse behavior.

Teen prostitution has been a fact of life in major cities for a long, long time. Girls are usually being controlled by a pimp, but many boys are operating on their own. The fact that this boy 1) did the “performing”, and 2) didn’t tell a parent or police, suggests he did this voluntarily and wasn’t worried about what happened.
