I started to say that some of those listed were populists rather than conservatives...

Then I noticed it was from the Brits and on their side of the pond some of our liberals would be thought of as conservatives.

What I find consistently remarkable is that these rankings where mentions are made of Presidential nominees, they pretend as if Fred Thompson and his candidacy doesn’t exist.
