MASS. KILLED MY GIRL (Victim's Father Rips Mass. 'Stupidity')
The Boston Herald ^ | 21 November 2007 | Michele McPhee and Jessica Van Sack

Posted on 11/21/2007 6:11:19 AM PST by Hemingway's Ghost

The father of a Washington woman slaughtered along with her new husband - allegedly at the hands of a convicted Bay State killer - said his daughter’s accused murderer never should have been released from prison here.

“It’s because of stupidity in Massachusetts that my daughter is dead,” said Darrel Slater, 55, who is preparing to bury his daughter, Beverly Mauck, 28, and her husband Brian Mauck, 30.

The couple was executed in their home in rural Graham, Wash., Saturday after an alleged argument with Daniel Tavares Jr., 41, who in 1991 pleaded guilty to hacking his mother to death with a carving knife in their Somerset home in served 16 years for that crime.

I hope she is tortured by this, but I suspect she isn’t.

Ugly and stupid.

Notice how much she looks like Darth Vader Ginsburg?

MA is 95% liberal in the Congress. No Rep president would have to face that.

When a judge decides to release these types from prison, they should be required to live in that judge’s neighborhood.

I doubt Tavares could afford Judge Tuttman's neighborhood; Andover is one of the richest and most lily-white communities in Essex County.

If so then it was a mistake on the part of the Congress or else she is a RINO to end all Rino’s

Time to do a recount of blue states versus red states. We just had a Rep president who couldn't get judges approved because they were too conservative, remember?

Soo..then..prison didn't help him with anger-management issues?

As they claim?

I hope she is tortured by this, but I suspect she isn’t.

Honestly, I think this is probably weighing very heavily on her soul. She was a prosecutor before her appointment to the bench, and she's seen some nasty sh*t: the Patrick McMullen case for one (one big one, in fact). Plus, she was the president of her temple, Temple Emanuel.

This was a really, really, really bad mistake. Aside from her affiliation as a Democrat, I'm having a hard time finding evidence that she's a bleeding heart liberal.

Tuttman currently heads the Family Crimes and Sexual Assault Unit

Radical feminist.

As far as she is concerned the only people who should be in jail are men who can't make child support payments and men falsely accused by their ex-wives of domestic assault.

The legal community celebrated the governor's new rules for the Judicial Nominating Commission

There's that word "celebrate." Feminist talk.

Which means that this may be a Willie Horton moment for the GOP primary but should Mitt somehow survive (which seems less likely now) I can't see the Democrat presidential nominee hammering Mitt for having the bad judgment to appoint a Democrat.

I doubt Tavares could afford Judge Tuttman's neighborhood;

If they can use Section 8 to destroy blue collar neighborhoods, turnabout is only fair play.

Imagine that. Even this guy's father wants to see him strung up:

“As far as I am concerned,” I don’t have a son,” Tavares said. “I hope they execute him for what he did, and I want to be there when they do.”

I could not agree with you more. People like this judge have NO conscience or sense of remorse. They are so far above people like us that they don’t have to answer to anything.

I think people should peacefully assemble in front of her house with placards with the couple’s pictures. This so typical of our system tho. We release people onto society that anyone with a lick of common sense would KNOW should not be out. It’s really time people started paying attention when crimes are committed and start peacefully demonstrating against those who had the power to keep them locked up.
